REGULATIONS

• The check-in time is 2:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Accommodation is rented after the fee is paid in advance by wire transfer, in cash, by payment card or credit card. If you choose 'Refundable offer' you can cancel your reservation up to 14 days before the date of arrival and recive the total amount paid. After this date, no refund will be possible.
• The quiet hours in the facility are from 11:00 PM until 9:00 AM. During this time, no persons other than guests may stay in the facility.
• Guests of the facility and third parties should not disturb other guests. Forrest Apartments may refuse to render further accommodation services to a person who violates this principle, even before the check-out time, without reimbursing costs incurred for the stay.
• Please do not disclose the provided door code or magnetic card to third parties. Disclosing the above code or card is tantamount to taking responsibility for any damage caused by these third parties on the premises of the facility. Each use of the code or card is registered and the premises of the facility are monitored.
• For reasons of fire safety it is prohibited to use heaters and other similar devices not constituting facility equipment within the premises.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises of the facility. Smoking cigarettes in the building is subject to a fine of PLN 500 to cover the costs related to the intervention of the fire brigade or special laundering and removal of the odour of tobacco from pillows, quilts, curtains and the costs of long ventilation of rooms.
• The guest of the facility shall bear material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the devices located on the premises. If a proximity card to the apartments is lost, Forrest Apartments shall charge an additional fee of PLN 50.
• Please report any defects on the day of arrival. The lack of notification means that there are no existing defects or damage.
• Forrest Apartments shall not bear responsibility for items left in apartments, rooms, bathrooms, corridors and in kitchenettes.
• Please keep the facility clean and tidy, especially in common areas.
• In the case of shortening the stay, we shall not refund the fees paid for the night.
• We shall not bear responsibility for failures that are beyond our control and their consequences.
• For the sake of a pleasant stay of other guests, if you make a reservationfor a so-called stag and hen party, the facility reserves the right to collect a refundable deposit of PLN 500 to secure the facility against damage and inconvenience to other guests during their stay.
• Guests have the right to lodge a complaint if they notice shortcomings in the quality of services povided
• All complaints should be reported to the Reception. Complaints should be submitted immediately after noticing deficiencies in the standard services.
